Technical Support Rep Needed
EP Technology Corporation is looking for a motivated individual who has a technical and customer service background to add to our team. Primary Duties:
*Network set up and troubleshooting
*Troubleshooting and configuring surveillance equipment
*Fielding general customer questions and concerns
*Completing sales transactions over the phone
Primary Qualifications:
*Associate's Degree
*Minimum 2 years customer service experience
*Computer skills – esp. network devices and internet use
*Ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred
